Client was seen in school exhibiting appropriate social behaviors around his peers, keeping his hands to himself, and giving his undivided attention. Client displayed appropriate conversation while sitting properly in his seat. Client responded well to feedback and gave his full attention to his teachers who were reviewing questions for an upcoming test. Client displayed high level of participation while contributing to his class assignments. Client was supported for staying on task and listening to authority. (PM)Client was praised for being on task and avoiding conflict. As the client, builds new relationship with peers he is supported for exhibiting good social skills and coping with stressors. Client maintained a positive attitude heading into lunch. Client was observed in line and being respectful and polite to staff by saying please and thank you. Client sits correctly in his seat and held appropriate conversation with peers. Client was seen cleaning up his trash and asking for permission to see his counselor. Client was full of energy and excitement. Client was happy to see his counselor and ready to take his break. (EOD) Client communicated he was having a good day and will continue making good choices. Client went back to class to wait for his tutoring teacher to pick him up. Client displayed a good attitude at this time. Client was attentive to instruction and demonstrating good verbalizations. Client got a good report from his tutoring teacher and returned to class to finish his day. No incidents were reported going into dismissal.
